Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Excellent place for a family adventure. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Guest Access

The guest's private entrance to the walk-out basement Guest Suite is from the fence gate, which is on the left side of the house when you face the house. Once in the backyard, you will see the inviting entrance to your Guest Suite. We do not use the backyard when guests are staying in the suite to ensure guests' privacy and enjoyment of the space.

My family really enjoyed playing foosball, putt-putt, and the hot tub was a hit! It was nice to explore Colorado Springs, but in our downtime, build puzzles, watch, television, and grill out. The house was well stocked with dishware and I appreciated having laundry detergent and access to a washer and dryer. The beds were also very comfortable! We had to reach out to Vicky a few times and she was very responsive and friendly.

Vicky is very quick to respond to any needs or concerns. The apartment was a great fit for my family, my husband and 2 adult children. We only spent one night in Colorado Springs and very much enjoyed to convenience of this stay.

Wonderful location loved the putt putt and hot tub and foosball table. Very clean. Definitely would definitely stay here again. Would recommend it for anyone. It was perfect for my family of four including my two younger children.

This was our favorite Airbnb in Colorado spring of the three we stayed in. Although it is not in the downtown area, it is not a far drive from any of the main attractions. There are also TONS of restaurants close by. The place was spacious and my kids loved the fuseball table and putt putt. Host was quick to respond to any questions!

This was a nice little place to crash after a long day exploring the city. It was really nice being able to relax in the hot tub and everything was in a neatly organized for our convenience.

Vicky was a wonderful host! This trip meant a lot to me, as it was the first time my sisters and I had been in the same location in over 10 years! The house was spacious, the beds SO comfortable, and Vicky’s instructions were very clearly displayed. I definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was very clean and tidy and had some nice decor. It made you feel like you were at home. The host is very nice and everything was easy going. They responded fast and were attentive. The location was perfect & it had many shops & food places near by. The hot tub was very nice! If I visit Colorado again, I will definitely be coming back here.

This place was very nice and comfortable. You do have to park on the street, but there were no issues with that. Vicky gave excellent instructions before we arrived and was very responsive when we had to reach out to her during our stay. Lastly, having access to a hot tub was a highlight of our stay. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

She has a wonderful place to stay that kept our kiddos entertained during down times. Foosball table is an absolute blast. The puzzles were a fun activity for the whole family to get into that we haven't ever done. The layout is very open which is a nice and different touch to what we are used to at home. We found it clean and tidy when we arrived and easy to move in for the week we stayed.

Tenants can park on the street in front of the house as long as not block the driveway. There is also additional parking on the street to the east.
